I led 22 merchandising teams in Southern California that executed big-picture processes for corporate visual merchandising and company strategies. My goal was to create an environment that left customers with a long-lasting shopping experience through the overall aesthetic of the store. To achieve this, I developed the right tools and visual packets to coach in-store employees on the visual direction. I also provided effective coaching and engagement with each employee and merchant on the company's focus to evolve and be relevant to the customer while keeping the integrity of the brand.
Collaborating with each store manager, department manager, and sales team on product placement and overall sales was also part of my role. I was responsible for visual merchandising, store openings, store relocations, and store remodels. Additionally, I was responsible for organizing large-scale events and personal appearances. Throughout my work, I partnered with the executive team to ensure that we were achieving our goals as a company.

I worked as an assistant to the Regional Visual Manager of Southern California. My job involved planning, preparing, and executing a budget, based on the resources provided to us.
