Hello, my name is Angie PaTe and I have over twenty years of experience in the retail industry. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF growing up in a Fortune 500 company, which helped me establish my own interior design and project management firm, called 3levate Design. Throughout my career, I have worked as a regional creative director for visual merchandising, developed company strategies, and helped businesses thrive. I am skilled in hiring and retaining top talent, and I take pride in empowering my team to achieve their goals. As a coach, educator, and leader, I enjoy leading teams to produce strong results. I work closely with location managers to ensure the effective implementation of the brand and business initiatives at the site and regional levels. My expertise includes marketing, special events, merchandising, and overall business acumen. This has enabled me to successfully open multiple stores across the country and complete various design and management projects. I am now looking for a change of pace and am excited to work with a new, large team and explore what a new company has to offer. I am eager to explore my creative spirit and willing to take on any task that will help me grow in a new, exciting environment.
